Third-Party Fulfillment

PureSwing Supply does not guarantee that products will ship directly from a manufacturer or authorized distributor.


Shipping Estimates

Shipping estimates displayed on the website are provided in good faith based on supplier and carrier information available at the time of listing.

However, PureSwing Supply does not guarantee:

  • Exact delivery dates

  • Guaranteed transit times

  • Continuous carrier operations

  • Supplier fulfillment speed

  • Availability of shipping services

Delays may occur due to:

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

PureSwing Supply is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Delivery issues caused by address errors

  • Undeliverable shipments

  • Returned shipments caused by customer mistakes

  • Delays caused by address correction requests

Signature Confirmation

PureSwing Supply reserves the right to require signature confirmation on high-value orders at our sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries when required.

PureSwing Supply is not responsible for packages left unattended after confirmed delivery by the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are controlled by the carrier.

PureSwing Supply is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery exceptions

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Delivery scanning errors

Customers must contact PureSwing Supply promptly regarding shipping concerns so claims or investigations may be reviewed when applicable.

Submission of a shipping claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, reimbursement, insurance payout, or other resolution.

Claims may require cooperation with carriers, suppliers, insurance providers, or third-party fulfillment partners.


Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and must include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of labels

  • Photos of damage

  • Additional documentation requested by PureSwing Supply

Customers must retain all original packaging materials for shipping damage investigations.

Failure to provide requested documentation or preserve packaging materials may result in denial of the claim.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts, address issues, refusal of signature confirmation, or carrier return procedures may be subject to:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Restocking fees

  • Supplier penalties

  • Processing fees

  • Original shipping deductions

Returned shipments do not automatically qualify for refunds.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import restrictions

  • Compliance with local laws

  • Carrier brokerage fees

PureSwing Supply is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, import refusals, or additional government-imposed fees.


Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss and title for products may transfer to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier or upon confirmed delivery.

PureSwing Supply reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
