At PureSwing Supply, we source golf equipment and related products through third-party suppliers, distributors, liquidation channels, fulfillment partners, wholesalers, resale channels, and other independent sources.
For purposes of these policies, “third-party suppliers,” “suppliers,” “vendors,” “fulfillment partners,” and similar terms refer to outside companies, distributors, wholesalers, liquidators, marketplaces, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, or other independent sources that may store, package, inspect, ship, or otherwise handle products on behalf of PureSwing Supply.
Because many products are fulfilled directly by outside suppliers and may not be physically inspected by PureSwing Supply before shipment, customers acknowledge and accept that product condition, packaging, manufacturer support eligibility, and other item characteristics may vary.
By placing an order with PureSwing Supply, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All Sales Final
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by PureSwing Supply, all sales are final.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that products sold by PureSwing Supply may originate from third-party suppliers, resale channels, liquidation channels, overstock inventory, fulfillment partners, or other independent sources, and may not be physically inspected by PureSwing Supply prior to shipment.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, partial refunds, or credits will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Any exception made by PureSwing Supply shall be solely at our discretion and shall not establish any obligation to provide future exceptions.
Product Condition
Products sold by PureSwing Supply may be new, open-box, overstock, liquidation, refurbished, customer-returned, pre-owned, or otherwise sourced through third-party resale and fulfillment channels.
Original manufacturer packaging may be missing, damaged, replaced, relabeled, or otherwise altered depending on supplier handling and product sourcing conditions.
Products may contain cosmetic imperfections, signs of handling, repackaging, storage wear, labeling differences, or other non-functional variations that do not materially affect the intended use of the item.
PureSwing Supply does not personally inspect every item before shipment and relies on product information, descriptions, condition classifications, and fulfillment processes provided by suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Customers acknowledge that condition descriptions may involve subjective interpretation and that minor cosmetic or packaging differences may exist between products.
Authenticity & Manufacturer Warranty
PureSwing Supply is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially authorized by any manufacturer, brand, or product owner unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products may be sourced through secondary markets, distributors, liquidation channels, wholesalers, or other independent resale sources.
PureSwing Supply does not independently authenticate manufacturer origin, chain of custody, prior ownership history, manufacturer registration eligibility, or warranty eligibility unless specifically stated on the product listing.
Customers understand and agree that products purchased through resale or liquidation channels may not qualify for:

PureSwing Supply makes no guarantee regarding manufacturer recognition, support, or post-sale services associated with any item sold.
Order Issues, Damage, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any issue involving shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, materially incorrect products, or significant delivery concerns must be reported to PureSwing Supply within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
To investigate a claim, customers may be required to provide:

Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Submission of a claim, complaint, damage report, or dispute does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, return authorization, store credit, reimbursement, or other resolution will be approved.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis using available evidence, supplier information, carrier records, shipment tracking, product listings, fulfillment documentation, customer communications, and internal review procedures.
PureSwing Supply reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies for any form of resolution.
Shipping Damage
Customers must retain all original packaging, labels, shipping materials, and damaged contents for any shipping damage claim.
Shipping damage claims may require review by the carrier, supplier, shipping provider, insurer, or fulfillment partner before any resolution is considered.
PureSwing Supply does not guarantee approval of shipping damage claims and reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or sufficiently documented.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once processing, fulfillment, packaging, supplier allocation, or shipment preparation has begun.
Because many items are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and automated fulfillment systems, processing may begin shortly after an order is placed.
PureSwing Supply reserves the right to cancel, limit, hold, or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Restocking fees and deductions may vary depending on the product category, supplier policies, fulfillment costs, product condition, and circumstances surrounding the request.
Refunds, if approved, may be reduced by these amounts to offset operational, supplier, shipping, handling, and administrative expenses.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact PureSwing Supply first to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through a financial institution or payment provider.
PureSwing Supply reserves the right to provide order documentation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, signed delivery records, customer communications, policy acknowledgments, IP information, fraud analysis, and related transaction records to banks, payment processors, law enforcement, dispute platforms, or fraud prevention services.
Fraudulent disputes, abuse of chargeback systems, false claims, or attempts to retain products while reversing payment may result in account restrictions, refusal of future service, collection activity, or legal action where permitted by law.
Final Authority
PureSwing Supply reserves the sole right to interpret, apply, approve, deny, or modify any request, claim, exception, refund, return, or resolution under this policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
